A) Installing Instructions

1. Unzip wp-fb-messenger-button.zip
2. Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-fb-messenger-button
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
4. For customizing the plugin's settings, click on WP FB Messenger Button menu in Wordpress left admin menu.
5. To display the messenger contact button in the frontend, please use dynamically generated shortcode from general setting tab of wp viber contact button.

Once the plugin is installed and activated you will find a menu named "WP FB Messenger Button" in the left menu bar of the admin menu.Once you click on that menu , you will go to the plugin's listing page and you will see four tabs with heading general user's details,floating button,menu settings,shortcode generator,how to use and about us with its own settings configuration which is individually described below.

C)User Details

WP FB Messenger Button Setting Option

In the user detail field you should add a valid FB Username to communicate via FB Messenger.

D)Floating Buttons

1.Display settings

In display setting you have to choose select the some of the setting option to display messenger button. Below are the detail description for each settings.
In the display setting here are the list of option to enable and disable as per the requirement.

• Hide In Desktop : Enable to hide in Messenger Button in Desktop
• Hide In Mobile : Enable to hide in Messenger Button in Mobile
• Enable Button Text: Enable to display with text in messenger button
• Button Text: Add Button Text in the messenger with icon
• Button text align: Option to select the button text alignment on left or right of icon
• Button With only Text: Show the messenger button with only text without messenger icon
• Sticky Button: Enable to display sticky button
• Enable Tooltip: Enable to display tooltip on hover
• Tooltip Text: Add tooltip text as desired

2.Template settings

Here you can choose the template for the messenger button among the ten available button template.

The selected template is displayed in the FB Messenger button.

3.Color Setting

This setting allows you to choose button color ,text color ,icon color and icon background color.

4.Button Position

This settings allows you to select the button position to display the messenger button in your website

5.Button Animation

This settings allows you to select button animation on button hover

6.Page/Post/Category

This setting allows you to choose the page post and category to display the Messenger Button.Two option are available

All & Specific

All:To display on all available page/post/category.

Specific: To display the on selected page/post/category as it shows the list of page/post/category.

E)Menu Settings

1.General Settings

• Show Button On Menu: Enable to add the messenger button on menu
• Menu Position: To add the messenger button ion first or last of menu tab
• Enable Button Text: Enable to show with button text
• Button Text: Add button text to display

2.Template Settings

This setting allows you to select the button template

3.Color Settings

This setting to select color for button, text,icon,icon-backgroud

4.Menu Option

This setting display the available menu option according to theme used allows you to select the menu option to display the messeger

F)Shortcode Generator

This settings allows you to genarate the shortcode according to selected option and you can simply copy and paste the shortcode onpage post or widget to display messenger button.
