Add some useful tags in the header to work well with GetSiteControl

Use this plugin to add some useful informations in the footer for GetSiteControl.
It will add some target info for logged in users, post and product tags.
If Woocommerce subscription is activated, it will add a target for active subscribers.

== Installation ==
