Adds an admin theme based on the [Nord Theme](https://www.nordtheme.com/) color scheme.

## Installation

1. Upload `smntcs-nord-admin-theme` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
3. Go to `Users → Profile` and activate the `Nord Admin Color Scheme`.
