If you are using TweetMeme button switch to this immediately, you will no longer have wrong Tweet count for your posts. 

I'll be adding tags as hash tags soon. 

== Installation ==

1. Upload `tweet-button` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Go to 'Tweet Button' under 'Settings' to setup the plugin
