Adds option for widgets to choose on which device they are displayed : mobile, desktop, or both.
The device detection is based on wp_is_mobile function.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `widgets-device-display-option` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
