Open any shortcode within a <a href="http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#modals" target="_blank">Twitter Bootstrap</a> modal.

## Installation

1. Upload 'smntcs-bootstrap-modal' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Create a form, e.g. using <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/" target="_blank">Contact Form 7</a>
4. Grab the shortcode and go to the settings page of the plugin
5. Provide a title, a button text and a shortcode hit the “Save Changes” button
6. Copy the provided shortcode and paste it within a post, page or widget
