Installing this plugin is pretty simple like all other wordpress plugins. Here are 2 ways to install :

1. Download the zipped plugin from wordpress repository
2. Extract the zipped folder
3. Upload twitter-feeds-with-shortcode to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
5. Go To Widgets page and drag Facebook Fan Page Widget to an Widget area.
6. Select the options and Save

1. 2. Change the option as per your requirement and then save the page or post.
