1. Download or click install SE Contact Verification Form plugin.
2. Upload the entire 'secontactverificationform' folder into /wp-content/plugins/directory.
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
4. Configure the plugin on it's settings screen. (Settings > SE Contact Form Verify)
5. Add shortcode [secontactverificationform] anywhere in your post or page to display the form.
