Adds VAT field to WooCommerce checkout page.

== Description ==

Adds VAT field to WooCommerce checkout page, customer account page and customer order in admin page.

Adds VAT filed to orders in WooCommerce REST (wc/v1).

In settings page you can set vat field position in checkout form and customer account form.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
1. Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> VAT Field -> Enable -> Save
