- `Comparisons/` - Mathematical similarity calculations  
- `Documents/` - Data structures
- `Interfaces/` - Class contracts
- `Corpus/` - Text corpus management

## What We Removed (SECURITY RISKS)
- `Console/` - Contained file system operations and command line tools
- `Downloaders/` - Contained remote file access capabilities
- `NltkPackageInstallCommand.php` - Package installation commands

## Security Status
✅ No file system operations
✅ No remote downloads  
✅ No external dependencies
✅ No command line interfaces
✅ Pure computational library
✅ Clean directory structure

This subset provides semantic similarity analysis without security vulnerabilities.
All potentially dangerous components have been properly removed.
