WordPress plugin to add a Specials post type

### Description

Add Specials Functionality to a Lifted Theme. Can be used with any theme where you need a Specials post type, but Lifted themes have built-in templates to support this plugin if activated.

### Installation

1. Upload plugin to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Add content under new Specials post type
