HOW TO USE CONTACT FORM :

 Please  First go to dashboard of wordpress -> contact ->edit.

 Include [hiddenreferer referer name:referer] anywhere in form tab above submit button.

 Also Include REFERRER :  [referer] in the MessageBody Tab.
 
 You can also add new fields in the form by using generatetag button.


 HOW TO CHECK DATABASE :

 To check Database go to dashboardof wordpress -> contact -> edit -> database.

 select appropriate contact form
