Use when asked to check, audit or review a site, or to find out why it is slow or broken.\nmetadata:\n  version: \"1\"\n---\n\n# Site health review\n\nThis review is read-only. Do not change anything while doing it. List the fixes\nand let the user decide which to apply.\n\n## Steps\n\n1. Call `wp_get_site_health`. Note every critical item, then every recommended\n   item, with the test's own label.\n2. Call `wp_get_error_log` for recent PHP errors. Group repeated errors and\n   name the plugin or theme each one comes from, judging by the file path. If\n   the log is unavailable, say so and move on.\n3. Call `wp_list_cron_events`. Flag events whose next run is more than an hour\n   in the past, and hooks that are scheduled many times over.\n4. Call `wp_list_plugin_updates`, then `wp_list_plugins`. Flag pending updates,\n   security releases first, and plugins that are installed but inactive.\n5. Call `wp_get_active_theme`, then `wp_list_themes`. Flag a pending theme\n   update and themes that are installed but unused.\n\nIf the server reports that a tool is not available to this connection, skip\nthat step and say which step you skipped and why.\n\n## Report\n\nWrite three sections, in this order:\n\n- **Fix now**: critical Site Health items, fatal or frequent PHP errors,\n  security updates.\n- **Fix soon**: other updates, overdue scheduled tasks, recommended Site Health\n  items.\n- **For information**: inactive plugins, unused themes, anything else worth\n  knowing.\n\nFor each item give what is wrong, the evidence (which step and what it\nreturned), and the fix you suggest. Do not apply any fix in this review.\n"}]}]}
