Online help implemented.
In Settings configuration now only the redirect URL for disabled/invalid keys is mandatory.
The other alternative (e.g. expired key) URLs are managed in this way:
1. if the redirect URL of a specific qr code is empty then the analogous redirect URL of Settings is used;
2. if also the Settings' redirect URL is empty then the disabled/invalid keys redirect URL is used.
