ArraySubs translations DOWNLOAD YOUR LANGUAGE Download the translation pack here; no login is required: https://support.arrayhash.com/arraysubs/assets/downloads/arraysubs-translations.zip You can also open ArraySubs > Modules > Multilingual and click Download Translations. The Translated Languages link shows the available languages. The ZIP contains an arraysubs/ folder for ArraySubs, an arraysubspro/ folder for ArraySubs Pro, and a root readme.txt with installation instructions. It is a translation pack. Extract it rather than uploading it through Plugins > Add New. AVAILABLE LANGUAGES Both plugins have translations for these 30 WordPress locales: ar Arabic bg_BG Bulgarian zh_CN Chinese (Simplified, China) zh_TW Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) hr Croatian cs_CZ Czech da_DK Danish nl_NL Dutch et Estonian fi Finnish fr_FR French (France) de_DE German el Greek he_IL Hebrew hu_HU Hungarian id_ID Indonesian ga Irish it_IT Italian lv Latvian lt_LT Lithuanian mlt Maltese pl_PL Polish pt_PT Portuguese (Portugal) ro_RO Romanian sk_SK Slovak sl_SI Slovenian es_ES Spanish (Spain) sv_SE Swedish th Thai uk Ukrainian English is the source language. All English variants, including US and UK English, are excluded from the pack. INSTALL THE TRANSLATIONS 1. Download and extract the ZIP, then choose your exact WordPress locale. For example, es_ES is Spanish (Spain). 2. From the arraysubs/ folder, copy all four files for that locale into: wp-content/languages/plugins/ Create the directory if it does not exist. For Spanish, copy: arraysubs-es_ES.po arraysubs-es_ES.mo arraysubs-es_ES.json arraysubs-es_ES.l10n.php 3. If you use ArraySubs Pro, also copy its matching files from arraysubspro/ into the same shared directory. 4. Keep filenames unchanged. Choose the site language in Settings > General, or your own admin language in Users > Profile. Clear caches and reload. You may instead copy the ArraySubs files into this languages/ folder. Keep backups before plugin updates. The shared wp-content/languages/plugins/ location keeps your translations outside the plugin installation directory. KEEP THE SOURCE TEMPLATE Leave arraysubs.pot in this folder. It is the untranslated template used to create or sync translations. Source/build JSON, including i18n-manifest.json and block.json elsewhere in the plugin, must also stay in place. The downloaded arraysubs-.json files are translated JavaScript catalogs and should be installed alongside the matching PO, MO and PHP files. EDIT AND UPDATE YOUR TRANSLATIONS The .po file is editable; .mo and .l10n.php translate PHP strings, and .json translates JavaScript strings. Keep all four formats together when updating. Loco Translate can edit the PO files; use its Custom location for your edits. Sync against the supplied POT. Do not regenerate the template in Loco, because that loses the script references needed for JavaScript translations. Leave JSON compilation enabled and preserve placeholders such as %s and %d. If your editor does not rebuild .l10n.php, remove its older PHP catalog so WordPress can load the updated .mo file instead. TranslatePress or Polylang can select the visitor language and translate saved customer-facing text. Product names and descriptions need their own translation setup. New or missing translations fall back to the English source text. The Multilingual module and its language list intentionally stay in English.
