Adds the customizer link in the admin appearance menu

== Description ==

The new full-site editing update removed the customize link from the appearance menu. Add Customizer plugin adds 
the customize option back to the admin appearance menu.

Using this plugin:

1. Install the plugin.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Navigate to the dashboard -> appearance menu.
4. Click on the customizer link.
