= Installation =

1. Go to **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**
2. Upload `floatsy-chat-widget.zip` and click Install Now
3. Activate the plugin
4. Go to **Floatsy** in the left menu
5. Enter your phone number and customize your widget
6. Click **Save Settings** — done!

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How do I enter my phone number? =

Enter your full number with country code, without + or 00. For example: USA: 15551234567, UK: 447911123456, Turkey: 905551234567.

= Can I hide the widget on certain pages? =

Yes! Go to the Visibility tab and enter page IDs separated by commas.

= What button shapes are available? =

Circle (default), Rounded Square, Square, Leaf, and Drop — all selectable with a live preview in the admin panel.

= How do business hours work? =

Enable Business Hours under the Business Hours tab. Set your working days and time range. Outside those hours, your custom offline message is displayed.

= Can I change the admin panel language? =

Yes! Go to the Language tab and pick from 11 languages.

= Does it slow down my website? =

No. Scripts and stylesheets only load on pages where the widget is active. The frontend footprint is minimal.
