== Installation ==

1. Unzip the downloaded plugin and upload the folder 'encoding-com' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory.
2. Set chmode 777 for conf.php and '/encodingcom-wordpress-plugin/uploads/' folder
3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
4. Select "Encoding.com" in left admin menu and set it up
