In your WordPress admin go to **Plugins → Add New**, search for **DocBooker**, then click **Install Now** and **Activate**. 2. The setup wizard opens. Choose your kind of practice, and add sample data if you want to try things first. 3. Go to **DocBooker → All Doctors** to add your doctors with their clinics and weekly schedules. 4. Share your booking page. You can also place the booking form on any page with `[wpddb_doctor_booking_form]`. 5. New bookings appear in **DocBooker → Bookings**. Settings are under **DocBooker → Dashboard**, in the menu on the left. == Frequently Asked Questions == = Is DocBooker really free? = Yes. Booking, reminders, the cancel link, the dashboard, unlimited doctors and unlimited clinics are all free. DocBooker Pro adds online payment, clinic staff accounts, billing, lab tests, a patient portal, blocks and site designs. = How do patients book? = They open your booking page (or any doctor's page), choose a department, a doctor, a day and a free time, enter their name, phone and email, and confirm. They get a confirmation email straight away. = Can I have more than one clinic? = Yes, as many as you like, in the free version. Each doctor can work at several clinics on different days. Pro adds clinic manager and front-desk accounts that only see their own clinic. = Do patients get reminders? = Yes. A reminder email goes out about a day before the appointment. You can switch reminders off for patients or doctors. = Can patients cancel? = Yes, from the link in their email, up to the number of hours before the appointment that you choose.
