Simple plugIn to submit entries to a database.

== Description ==

This is just a simple plugIn to submit values to a specific mySQL database.

You can configure the plugIn to either add the given values to a mySQL database
or to send those values to a specific e-mail address.

Additional features are:
* Confirmation mail
* Custom mail subjects
* Custom message after form is submitted
* Custom stylesheet selection

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `db-form` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Configure the plugin using the 'db-form' menu located in 'settings'
