# Celestial Lunar Phase Widget

A WordPress plugin that displays the current lunar phase with a bundled moon image, phase name, moonrise, moonset, astronomical twilight, and illumination using local astronomy calculations.

## Requirements

- WordPress 6.0+
- Tested up to WordPress 7.0
- PHP 7.4+
- Configured latitude, longitude, and timezone

## Local Development

1. Copy this plugin folder into your local WordPress install under `wp-content/plugins/`.
2. Activate **Celestial Lunar Phase Widget** in the WordPress admin.
3. Go to **Settings > Celestial Lunar Phase**.
4. Set your observing location and timezone, then choose automatic or manual Moon image orientation.

## GitHub Workflow

This repo includes a sample GitHub Actions workflow that creates a ZIP artifact from the repository contents when you push a tag beginning with `v`.
