To use AI features, save your own OpenAI API key in Settings. 4. Select a model and run the connection test, which contacts the OpenAI API. 5. Review AI Policies and publishing settings. 6. Start with a draft and review the result before using bulk actions. 7. Configure a map provider only if you use the optional directory/map feature. The plugin can be activated without an API key. AI text and image operations require a valid key and may create charges in the administrator’s OpenAI account. == External Services == AI Webmaster Studio does not use telemetry, advertising trackers or automatic license checks. When data is sent: After an administrator saves their own key and starts an AI task, connection test or supported bulk action. Activation alone does not send website content. Data that may be sent: Prompts; selected titles, excerpts and page/post content; headings, links, site structure, project profile, goals, design settings, directory context and generation settings. Tests may request models and send a short prompt. Image generation sends a prompt and may download the result.
